Packing Deadpool covers for a Bangkok pickup during monsoon weeks
Rain on a scooter bag will ruin a foil faster than a careless fold. These are the packing habits we use between the desk and the doorway.
Thailand’s wet months are hard on boards. A cover that left the box flat can warp in an hour if it rides in a wet backpack against a cold bottle.
We bag and board before the cover leaves the inner room. Foil and metallic inks get a second bag. The stack is wrapped in a plastic sleeve, then in a rigid folder, then in a paper wrap so tape never touches a bag.
If you collect by scooter, say so on the form. We will not hand you a raw stack in a downpour. We wait, or we pack for a later courier run that same week.
Air-conditioned rooms are not automatically safe. A cover moved from a 16°C room to a humid corridor will fog the bag. We open bags only after the stack has sat in the pickup room for a few minutes.
None of this replaces a professional press or a grade. It is simply how we keep a reserved bundle looking like the bundle you confirmed.
