What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, the offer you selected, optional issue text, and your message. If you later reserve a bundle we also keep the written cover list, deposit references, and pickup or courier details you provide. We do not ask for card numbers or government ID on this site.

Why we collect it

To answer collector inquiries, match covers you already own, hold inbound copies, schedule walkthroughs, and handle refunds. Legal bases are the steps needed to answer your request and, where required, our legitimate interest in keeping accurate hold lists.

Retention

Inquiry messages without a reservation are kept up to 18 months. Confirmed bundle lists and deposit records are kept for six years to handle refunds and accounting. Cookie preference is stored in your browser until you clear it.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold, request correction, request deletion where we no longer need the record, or object to mail that is not required to complete a hold. Write to info@module-lanehub.world. We respond within 30 days.

International transfers

The desk operates in Thailand. Email and hosting may process data on servers outside Thailand, including where a collector writes from another country. We only use processors who agree to keep inquiry contents confidential.
