Acceptance

By using this site or sending a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not send a reservation request. We may refuse work that falls outside Deadpool alternate-cover editions, fan bundles, and collector inquiries.

The desk, not a shop cart

Pages describe services. Listed figures are informational. No payment is taken through this website. A contract for a specific cover list exists only when we confirm that list in writing and you pay the deposit by the method in that email.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and photographs we commissioned remain ours or our licensors’. Marvel characters, cover art, and NFT comic editions remain the property of their owners. We are not a Marvel licensee. Display of cover types on the cover wall is descriptive of our reservation work, not a grant of rights to reproduce those images.

Collector materials

Photos you send of your run are used only to avoid duplicating covers you already own. We do not publish your collection without permission.

Liability

Inbound freight, humidity, and publisher allocations are outside our full control. We photograph damage before pickup when we see it. We are not liable for collector decisions to buy, hold, or decline a line, nor for grading outcomes after a folder leaves the desk. Our liability for a confirmed reservation is limited to the deposit and balance paid for that reservation, except where Thailand law does not allow that limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site or from reservations arranged through it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you send an inquiry applies to that inquiry unless a later written confirmation says otherwise.
