Refunds

Eligibility

A refund is available when a named cover line never arrives, when we cancel a hold, or when you cancel within the windows below. Inquiry replies have no fee, so there is nothing to refund.

Timeframe

Ask in writing to info@module-lanehub.world within 14 days of the event (a cancelled line, a refused damaged copy, or a cancelled session). We review the file list and the deposit reference.

Full or partial

If an entire bundle is cancelled before any cover is allocated to you, the deposit is returned in full. If some lines arrive and others do not, we refund only the deposit attached to the missing lines. Balances already paid for arrived covers are not refunded after pickup unless the copy was damaged and refused at the table.

Non-refundable

Courier packs already sealed and collected by the carrier. Walkthrough time already used. Bank fees on an outbound refund, if the bank charges them.

Process

Email the issue list, the confirmation date, and whether you refused a damaged line. We confirm the amount. Refunds travel by the same method as the deposit where possible.

Processing time

We issue refunds within 10 working days of agreement. Banks in Thailand and abroad may add their own clearing time.

Method

Bank transfer or cash at a Bangkok pickup, matching how you paid. We do not send cash by courier.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel a bundle or hold in writing before we allocate a cover to your name; the deposit returns in full. After allocation, cancellation is a partial refund only if we can place that copy with another collector on the same list. Walkthroughs may be rescheduled once with 48 hours’ notice; later cancellations forfeit the session fee.

Deposits

A deposit is a hold on named files. It is not a cover purchase until we confirm allocation. Unused deposit on a struck incentive line is refundable under the partial rule above.

No-shows

If you miss a Bangkok pickup window and do not write within seven days, we may release the folder and refund only what we can still reassign. Walkthrough no-shows without notice forfeit the fee.

Work already started

Run mapping that we have already written is charged even if you later decline to reserve. The mapping fee is separate from cover deposits.

Materials

Bags, boards, and folders used on a packed courier job are not returned as goods and are not refunded once the pack has left.

Exceptions

If we photographed freight damage and you refuse that line at pickup, that line is refunded even after allocation. If a Marvel NFT comic edition cannot be shown because your viewer access failed, we reschedule the walkthrough once at no extra session fee.
